Devynn Grubby joined Will Surgical Arts in December 2008 with extensive training and experience in skin care. Her warm, friendly personality and great sense of humor make her a favorite among patients. Devynn is a graduate of one of the best esthetic schools in the nation, Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, and she has been in the spa industry since 2002. Devynn’s goal as an Esthetician is to educate patients about their skin along with providing treatments that deliver results. When she isn’t doing skin care, she is busy as the marketing and public relations liason at Will Surgical Arts and manages all efforts in maintaining the practice website, as well as producing all of our practice events. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, home decor, and most of all spending time with her friends and family. She and her and her husband Kevin have a young daughter and are expecting their second baby girl in July 2017. Devynn is also a certified Barre instructor at Barre East in downtown Frederick.
Tina Myers joined Will Surgical Arts in March 2014 as our second esthetician and we quickly noticed her skills, transitioning her into a surgical technician position. She is currently attending Frederick Community College for Nursing and pursuing her radiology certification. Tina is also a licensed Esthetician and practiced in Pennsylvania at a Medical Spa for 7 years. She goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly to all of our patients.

Trisha Lange joined Will Surgical Arts as our office manager and treatment coordinator in August of 2015. With a B.S. in psychology and many years of experience in managing general dentistry, you are guaranteed to have an extraordinary customer service experience. She takes pride in standing by the notion that all patients should have as much information as possible in order to make important informed decisions regarding their oral health, cosmetic appearance, and all available treatment and financial options. Trisha’s goal is to guide you in the right direction toward your needs while ensuring your comfort within all aspects of our practice. Our patients are our most important asset, and we strive to develop long lasting, trusting relationships. Outside of work, Trisha enjoys crafting, home projects, astronomy, interior design, and spending time with her husband Patrick and their two dogs.
Brandy and her husband relocated from Maine and she joined Will Surgical Arts shortly after in February 2016. She brought her background as a certified surgical technologist, as well as her certification in dental radiation. She quickly became cross-trained assisting with patients at the front, as well as being an extra set of hands during surgical procedures. She found a lot of joy working in the front office and developed a curiosity about the world of insurance coding and billing. Brandy is now primarily our Front Desk and Insurance Coordinator. She appreciates the standards and values of our practice considering that patient satisfaction and safety have always her biggest priorities. Although she is proud of her home state, she is starting to become a true Marylander and has spent many weekends exploring different sites and attractions. Her love for animals has inspired her to volunteer a few times a month at the Frederick Animal Welfare League. When she is not out on an adventure, she is most likely doing a project at home, gardening, researching her geneology, and has recently started enjoying meditation and all of its benefits.
