Brazilian Butt Lift

If you are one of the many men or women who is unhappy with the appearance of your backside, whether it’s out of proportion to your body or it’s lost its shape and begun to sag, you can improve your overall figure with a Brazilian butt lift. This procedure can be customized to meet your unique needs and desired results by enhancing and sculpting the buttocks naturally with your own excess fat. The end result is a fuller, more rounded bottom that gives you the curves that you want, where you want them.

Who’s a Good Candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Dr. Will recommends the Brazilian butt lift for those who want to add volume and shape to their backside. Unlike gluteal implants, the Brazilian butt lift enhances the rear end naturally by using the body’s own tissue. This analogous fat-transfer method is an ideal way to achieve the most natural and realistic looking and feeling results, while avoiding the future upkeep and risks associated with implants.

Good candidates for a Brazilian butt lift are in satisfactory physical health, don’t smoke, and have realistic expectations of how they will look after the procedure. They are close to their weight goals but still have some stubborn areas of fat that have become resistant to diet and exercise. Ideally, they have about 15 to 20 pounds of excess tissue to withdraw for the best effect.

How Is the Brazilian Butt Lift Performed?

The Brazilian butt lift is essentially two procedures in one. First, excess fat will be removed by Dr. Will using liposuction from common trouble areas like the lower back, abdomen, hips, and thighs. Dr. Will does this by making small, tactful incisions and inserting a tube called a cannula into the sites marked for fat removal. After extracting the necessary amount of adipose tissue, it’s processed and purified so that it can be reintroduced into the body. Dr. Will then injects the prepared fat cells into the various areas that are targeted for augmenting, usually higher up on the buttocks, to shape and contour the rear end.

The entire process is performed under general anesthesia and usually takes about two to three hours in our accredited surgical facility. The duration of the surgery will depend on how many different areas are treated with liposuction and how much fat is removed.

Brazilian Butt Lift Recovery and Results

Results are seen immediately, but there will be a good amount of swelling and bruising for the first couple of weeks after the Brazilian butt lift is performed. The true outcome will be seen as the inflammation and bruising completely subside in the following six to eight weeks. To help the recovery process, patients may be directed to wear compression garments to provide support. Liposuction stitches will be removed after about seven to ten days. Avoid putting any pressure on the buttock area for approximately two weeks or as long as directed by Dr. Will.

Of course, individual experiences may vary, but our clients often return to work after a week off. More intense activities can be resume after two or three weeks. A normal exercise routine can be resumed after about two months. Keep in mind that recovery time may take a little longer depending on how intensive the treatment was.

How Much Does the Brazilian Butt Lift Cost?

The price can fluctuate due the number of treated areas and the amount of tissue removed and injected into the buttocks. Financing for the Brazilian butt lift is available.
