Devynn

Devynn joined Will Surgical Arts in December 2008 with extensive training and experience in skincare. Her warm, friendly personality and great sense of humor make her a favorite among patients. Devynn is a graduate of one of the best esthetic schools in the nation, Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, and she has been in the spa industry since 2002. Devynn’s goal as an Esthetician is to educate patients about their skin along with providing treatments that deliver results. When she isn’t doing skincare, she is busy as the marketing and public relations liason at Will Surgical Arts and manages all efforts in maintaining the practice website, as well as producing all of our practice events. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, home decor, and, most of all, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She and her husband Kevin have a young daughter and are expecting their second baby girl in July 2017. Devynn is also a certified Barre instructor at Barre East in downtown Frederick.


Shannon

Shannon has an extensive background in the beauty industry, beginning her career as a makeup artist in 2004. She spent years empowering women to look and feel their best while studying ingredients in cosmetics and learning the effects of makeup on skin. This inspired her to combine her talents and become a licensed esthetician. Shannon graduated from Dermal Science International Aesthetics & Nail Academy in Reston, VA  in January 2021. She is passionate about educating her clients and helping them pick the best home care and treatment plans to achieve their skincare goals. Shannon lives in Frederick, MD and is married with three children.


Ellen

Ellen joined WSA in March 2021 as our Registered Nurse. She graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Ellen began her nursing career at John Hopkins Suburban Hospital in the intensive care unit and cardiovascular intensive care unit. Recently, Ellen and her family relocated to the Frederick area and she transferred to the intensive care unit at Frederick Health Hospital.

Ellen’s experience and expertise in procedure and post anesthesia recovery makes her a valuable addition to the Wills Surgical Arts team. Ellen strives to ensure patients feel comfortable and safe during all procedures and operations. Communication and trusting relationship are important to Ellen and will ensure all patients have a positive experience when choosing Will Surgical Arts.


Erin

Erin joined Will Surgical Arts on October 2019 as a surgical technologist. She went to Piedmont Virginia Community College where she earned a certificate of Surgical Technology. She has over 9 years of experience in the oral and maxillofacial surgery field and over 3 years of experience in cosmetic surgery. She is DAANCE certified. She loves being outdoors and going camping with her husband and twin girls.


Kim

Kim joined Will Surgical Arts in July 2019. She has over 17 years of experience in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Kim started as a front desk coordinator and moved up to Practice Manager before Oral Surgery she worked in general dentistry. Cosmetic aspect of the practice is new to her but she learning as much as she can to help our patients make informed decisions. Her goal is to make sure our patients are comfortable with all aspects of their treatment from the procedure, cost to insurance reimbursement.

  • Surgical procedures can be scary for patients. I strive to give patients the knowledge they need to feel confident with their treatment. I am here to help in anyway.
  • Live in Frederick with my husband of 35 yrs.
  • Enjoy spending time with my 2 grandchildren and volunteering in my church.

Kristin

Kristin joined Will Surgical Arts in May 2019 as one of our Front Desk Coordinators.  Before working at WSA she worked as a licensed hairdresser in Downtown Frederick for 9 years.  As her family started to grow she felt it was time for a career change, which led her to WSA.  She feels immensely about how patients feel when they come into the office and strives to provide each patient with a good experience.  In Kristin’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and being outdoors.


Dee

Dee joined Will Surgical Arts in March of 2020 as a Front Desk Coordinator. She has over 20 years of expertise in both the medical and dental services field. Her previous assignments prior to joining our team included, Office manager, patient appointment coordinator, medical and dental coding input specialist and insurance billing verification liaison. As a front desk coordinator Dee strives to engage each patient with the courtesy and compassion they deserve, while making sure that their patient confidentiality is always respected. Dee loves spending as much time as possible with her 5 grandchildren, family and friends outside of work and enjoys gardening, crocheting and traveling.


Carter

Carter joined Will Surgical Arts in September of 2018 after graduating from Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science. Carter is a welcome addition to our team as a surgical technician. Carter has his radiology and Daance certifications. Carter’s warm smile and calming demeanor puts our patients at ease. In his free time Carter enjoys camping, nature and working on cars.
